The program aims to standardize processes, improve quality, and ensure operational safety, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.

Madesp prioritizes the physical integrity of its employees through accident prevention, safety training, and compliance with occupational health and environmental standards.
The Human Resources and Safety Departments are responsible for onboarding and initial training of new employees, identifying environmental risks, conducting safety inspections, managing the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), ensuring industrial safety, fire prevention, occupational health, and environmental protection.
