Madesp invests on the development, continuous improvement and motivation of its collaborators. Promoting our collaborators welfare is our inspiration, because our main capital is formed by them, the human capital.
Each new hired collaborator goes through the new employees integration process. Thus, they get to know in detail the company’s processes, the management programs, the production stages, in addition to receiving the rules of procedure, with information of their reponsibilities, rights and duties.
Madesp evaluates every employee development through a planning and assessment program. Its main objective is seeking the involvement and commitment of each one with their workgroup, substantiating the remuneration program.
5 “S” method program
Managed by the Work Safety Department, we have implemented a quality program based on the philosophy of the 5S Japanese method. This program is integrated with the Human Resources Departament, wich collects absenteeism data. Thus, our objective is guiding and standardizing processes, seeking quality and safety on the operations execution making the workplace more harmonious and productive.
Madesp puts huge attention on the physical integrity of its collaborators. Based on accident prevention, its professionals develop several activities and projects, which integrate and interact with all other departments of the company and management programs.
The Human Resources Department along with the Safety Department, are responsible for integration and initial training of new collaborators, enviromental risks recognition, security inspections, the Internal Comission for Accidents Prevention (CIPA), industrial safety, fire combat, occupational health and environment.
